4.Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Saâid from al-Nadr ibn Suwayd from Hisham ibn Salim from Sulayman ibn Khalid who has narrated the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said that Jews, Christians and Zoroastrian are not made to take an oath by anything other than Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, who says, âJudge among them by means of what Allah has revealed.â (5:52)â ØµØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (4/335))
