Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Hammad ibn âIsa from Ibrahim ibn âUmar af-Yemaniy from abu Khafid al-Qammat who has narrated the following: âI once heard abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), saying, âIf one is able to feed ten destitute people for expiation of an oath he cannot fast instead.
He must feed ten destitute people, one mud (a certain measurement) to each one, and if one cannot do this, then he must fast for three days.ââ Øس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (24/340))
