Al-Khiá¹£Äl - Part 8: On Eight-Numbered Characteristics Chapter: A Believer Should Have Eight Characteristics 8-1 ØØ¯Ø«Ùا أب٠رض٠اÙÙ٠عÙÙ ÙØ§Ù: ØØ¯Ø«Ùا سعد ب٠عبد اÙÙÙØ ع٠أØÙ د Ø¨Ù Ø¹ÙØ³ÙØ Ø¹Ù Ø§ÙØØ³Ù Ø¨Ù Ù ÙÙ Ø¨Ù ØµØ§ÙØØ Ø¹Ù Ø¹Ø¨Ø¯ اÙÙÙ Ø¨Ù ØºØ§ÙØ¨Ø ع٠أب٠عبد اÙÙ٠عÙÙÙ Ø§ÙØ³Ùا٠ا٠خصاÙ: ÙÙÙØ± Ø¹ÙØ¯ اÙÙØ²Ø§Ùز ØµØ¨ÙØ± Ø¹ÙØ¯ Ø§ÙØ¨ÙØ§Ø¡Ø Ø´ÙÙØ± Ø¹ÙØ¯ Ø§ÙØ±Ø®Ø§Ø¡Ø ÙØ§Ùع ب٠ا رزÙ٠اÙÙÙØ ÙØ§ ÙØ¸ÙÙ Ø§ÙØ§Ø¹Ø¯Ø§Ø¡Ø ÙÙØ§ ÙØªØØ§Ù ÙÙ ÙÙ ØªØ¹Ø¨Ø ÙØ§ÙÙØ§Ø³ Ù ÙÙ ÙÙ Ø±Ø§ØØ©Ø Ø¥Ù Ø§ÙØ¹ÙÙ ÙØ± جÙÙØ¯ÙØ ÙØ§ÙرÙ٠أخÙÙØ ÙØ§ÙÙÙÙ ÙØ§Ùد٠8-1 (The compiler of the book narrated) that his father (ra) narrated that Saâd ibn Abdullah quoted Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Isa, on the authority of Al-Hassan ibn Mahboob, on the authority of Jameel ibn Salih, on the authority of Abdullah ibn Ghalib that Abi Abdillah (AS) said, âA believer should possess eight qualities: (He is) dignified in times of turbulence, patient in adversity, grateful in prosperity, content with what Allah has provided, not oppress the enemies, not burden friends with his body in toil, and provide comfort to people.
Knowledge is the believer's friend, forbearance is his minister, patience is the commander of his troops, gentleness is his brother, and kindness is his father.â
