Al-Khiṣāl - Part 10: On Ten-Numbered Characteristics Chapter: Ten who Shall Not Enter Paradise د بن الحسن رضي الله عنه٠د بن يحيى العطار ج٠ران الاشعري قال: حدثني ٠د بن الحسين بإسناد له يرفعه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله: لا يدخل الجنة ٠ر، ولاسكير ولاعاق، ولا شديد السواد، ولاديوث، ولا قلاع وهو الشرطي، ولازنوق وهو الخنثى، ولا خيوف وهو النباش، ولا عشار، ولا قاطع رح٠صنف هذا الكتاب رضي الله عنه: يعني بشديد السواد الذي لا يبيض شيء ٠10-23 (The compiler of the book narrated) that his father and Muhammad ibn al-Hassan (ra) narrated that Ahmad ibn Idris and Muhammad ibn Yahya al-'Attar all quoted Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Yahya ibn Imran al-Ash’ari, on the authority of Muhammad ibn al-Hussein who linked it up through a chain of narrators to the Messenger of Allah (sw) who said, “The following will not enter Paradise: the alcoholics, the haughty ones, the tale-bearers, the intensely black, the pimps, the detectives, the effeminate, those who steal the shroud from the corpse, the tithers, those who disregard their relatives, and the Qadarites.’” The author of this book (ra) said: "What is meant by intensely black is the one with no gray hair on his head or beard despite his advanced age, and he is called 'al-Gharbib'.
