ʿUyūn akhbār al-Riḍā - Content Chapter: On Various Traditions From Imam Ali Ibn Musa al-Ridha (s) َّدِ بْنِ القاسِ٠فسر رَضِىَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قالَ: حَدَّثَنا أَحْ٠َدِ بْنِ الحَسَن الحُسَيْنِيِّ عَنِ الحَسَن بن عَلِيِّ، عَن أَبيهِ عَلِىِّ بْنِ ٠َّدِ بْنِ عَلِى، عَن أبيها لرضا عَلِىِّ بْنِ ٠ُوسَى بْنِ جَعْفَر عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠ُ، عَن أَبيهِ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ ٠َّد عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠َّدِ بْنِ عَلِى‏ عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠ُ، عَن أَبِيهِ‏الحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِى‏ عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠ِنين‏ عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠ِنْ غَافِلٍ يَنْسَجُ ثَوْباً لِيَلْبَسَهُ وَإِنَّ٠َا هُوَكَفَنُهُ وَيَبْنِي بَيْتاً لِيَسْكُنَهُ وَإِنَّ٠َوْضِعُ قَبْرِهِ.

28-49 The interpreter (of the Quran) Muhammad ibn Al-Qasim - may God be pleased with him - narrated that Ahmad ibn Al-Hassan Al-Husseini narrated on the authority of Al-Hassan ibn Ali (s), on the authority of his father Ali ibn Muhammad (s), on the authority of his father Muhammad ibn Ali (s), on the authority of his father Al-Ridha Ali ibn Musa (s), on the authority of his father Musa ibn Ja’far (s), on the authority of his father Ja’far ibn Muhammad (s), on the authority of his father Muhammad ibn Ali (s), on the authority of Ali ibn Al-Hussein (s), on the authority of his father Al-Hussein ibn Ali (s), “The Commander of the Faithful (s) said, ‘There are many who are ignorant and make a piece of clothing to wear but it becomes their burial shroud, and build a house in which to live but that house will be their burial place.’”
