ʿUyūn akhbār al-Riḍā - Content Chapter: Traditions about Ar-Ridha (a.s.) 44 - وَبِهذَا الإِسنادِ قالَ: قالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ‏ صَلَّى اللهُعَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ: إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ قَدَّرَ ال٠َقاديرَ وَدَبَّرَ التَّدابيرَ قَبْلَ أَن يَخلُقَ آدَ٠31-44 According to the same documentation, God’s Prophet (S) said, “Indeed the Honorable the Exalted God has destined the destinies, and has designed the plans two-thousand years before the Creation of Adam.”
