ʿUyūn akhbār al-Riḍā - Content Chapter: Traditions about Ar-Ridha (a.s.) 49 - وَبِهذَا الإِسنادِ قالَ: قالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ‏ صَلَّى اللهُعَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ: إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَخَّرَليَ البُراقَ وَهِيَ دابَّةٌ ٠ِن دَوابِ الجَنَّة لَيْسَتْ بِالقَصيِرَ وَلا بِالطَّويلِ، فَلَو أَنَّ اللَّهَ تَعالى‏ أَذِنَ لَها لَجالَتِ الدُّنْيا وَالآخِرَةَ في جَريَةٍ واحِدةٍ وَهِيَ أَحْسَنُ الدَّوابِّ لَوناً.

31-49 According to the same documentation, God’s Prophet (S) said, “Indeed God made Al-Boraq to be under my control. It is one of the heavenly carriages. It was neither too short, nor too long. It could travel through the whole world if God allowed it. It was the most beautifully colored of them all.”
