ʿUyūn akhbār al-Riḍā - Content Chapter: Traditions about Ar-Ridha (a.s.) 271 - وَبِإِسْنادِهِ عَنْ عَلِيِ‏ عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠ُ قالَ: قالَالنَّبِيُ‏ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ: ٠َن تَوَلّى‏ غَيْرَ ٠َوالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعنَةُ اللَّهِ وَال٠َلائِكَة وَالنَّاسِ أَجْ٠31-271 According to the same documentation, on the authority of Ali (a.s.) the Prophet (S) said, “May God’s Curse of God, the angels, and all the people be upon whoever chooses a leader other than his true leader, or chooses a master other than his true master.”
