ʿUyūn akhbār al-Riḍā - Content Chapter: Traditions about Ar-Ridha (a.s.) 289 - وَبِإِسْنادِهِ عَنْ عَلِيِ‏ عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠ُ قالَ:(وَالسَّابِقُونَ السَّابِقُونَ...) فِي نَزَلَت، وَقالَ‏ عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠ُ فِي قَوْلَهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: (أُولئِكَ هُ٠ُ الْوارِثُونَ الَّذِينَ يَرِثُونَ الْفِرْدَوْسَ هُ٠ْ فِيها خالِدُونَ) فِي نَزَلَت.

31-289 According to the same documentation, it is narrated that Ali (a.s.) said, “The following verse was revealed about me, ‘And those Foremost (in Faith) will be Foremost (in the Hereafter).’ He said the same thing about what the Honorable the Exalted God’s said, ‘These will be the heirs, who will inherit Paradise: they will dwell therein (forever).’
