Al-AmālÄ« - Fifteenth Assembly Chapter: Love for four companions; which ones? 2 - قال: أخبرني أبو عبيد الله ٠رزباني قال: حدثنا أح٠كي قال: حدثنا عبد الله بن أح٠د بن حنبل قال: حدثني أبي قال: حدثني الحسين بن الحسن قال: حدثنا شريك، عن أبي ربيعة الأيادي ورأينا ٠نه عن ابن بريدة، عن أبيه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله: إن الله أ٠ن أصحابي، وأخبرني أنه يحبه٠يا رسول الله؟ وليس ٠نا أحد إلا أن يكون Ù.

فقال صلى الله عليه وآله: ألا إن عليا ٠يقولها ثلاثا وال٠قداد بن الأسود، وأبو ذر الغفاري وسل٠2.

And there is none from us who does not wish to be among them." He, peace be upon him and his progeny, said: "Be it known that ‘Ali is among them" - and he repeated this three times - "and al-Miqdad and Abu Dharr al-Ghifari and Salman al-Farsi."
