And with the preceding chains of narration from âAli ibn Mahzyar, from al-Hasan ibn Mahboob, from Muhammad ibn Sinan, from al-Husayn ibn Masâab, from Saâd ibn Turaif, from: Abu Jaâfar Muhammad ibn âAli, peace be upon both, who said: "Soften your speech with [even] the hypocrite, love the faithful believer sincerely, and [even] if a Jew were to sit with you, then be gracious in his company."
