Al-AmÄlÄ« - Twenty Third Assembly Chapter: âAli (as) refused to corrupt himself 40 - ÙباÙإسÙاد اÙØ£Ù٠ع٠عÙ٠ب٠٠ÙزÙØ§Ø±Ø Ø¹Ù Ø§Ø¨Ù Ø£Ø¨Ù Ø¹Ù Ø Ø¹Ù Ø£Ø¨Ù Ø¹Ø¨Ø¯ اÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠اÙسÙا٠ÙÙ٠عÙ٠ب٠أب٠طاÙب صÙÙات اÙÙ٠عÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙ ÙÙÙاس باÙÙÙÙØ©: Ùا Ø£Ù٠اÙÙÙÙØ© أترÙÙÙ Ùا أعÙÙ Ø! بÙÙ ÙÙÙÙ٠أÙر٠أ٠أصÙØÙÙ 40.
And with the former chain of narration from âAli ibn Mahzyar, from Ibn Abi Umayr, from Hisham, from Abu Abdillah, peace be upon him, who said: Amirul Muâmineen, âAli ibn Abi Talib, peace be upon him, used to say to the people at Kufa: âO people of Kufa, do you think I am not aware of what can mend your ways? But I hate to redress your situation by corrupting myself!"
