He said: Abul Qasim Jaâfar ibn Muhammad ibn Qawlawayh, may Allah be pleased with him, reported to me from his father, from Saâd ibn Abdillah, from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Isa, from al-Husayn ibn Saeed, from Yasir, from Abdul Hasan al-Ridha, âAli ibn Musa, peace be upon him, who said: "When the rulers utter lies, the rains are withheld.
