He said: Abul Qasim Jaâfar ibn Muhammad ibn Qawlawayh, may Allah have mercy on him, reported to me from his father, who reported from Saâd ibn Abdilllah, from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Isa, from al-Hassan ibn Mahboob, from Abu Hamza al-Thumali, from Abu Jaâfar Muhammad ibn âAli al-Baqir (AS) who said: "Islam has been founded on five pillars: the establishment of Salat (prayer), giving away Zakat (alms), fasting in the month of Ramadhan, pilgrimage to the Sacred House, and the Wilayat to us Ahlul Bayt."
