Muhammad ibn `Ali Majilwayh (RA) said: Muhammad ibn Yahya al-`Attar said: Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Yahya ibn `Imran al-Ash`ari said, on the authority of Musa ibn `Umar, on the authority of Ibn Sinan, on the authority of Abu Sa`id al-Qummat that Abu `Abd Allah al-Sadiq (AS) said: “Allah created the Divine Will before all things. He then created all things by means of His Will.”
