Kitāb al-Ḍuʿafāʾ - Addendum, Material quoted from Ibn al-Ghaḍā’irī by other authors (al-Najāshī, ʿAllāma Ḥillī and Ibn Dāwud) but not found within the Kitāb al-Ḍuʿafa. Chapter: Yaḥyā b. Abī al-Qāsim, Abū Baṣīr, al-Asadī 43 - يحيى بن أبي القاس٠، أبو بصير، الأسدي، وقيل: أبو ٠د، الحذاء.

(سئل علي بن الحسن بن فضال: عن أبي بصير هذا، هل كان ٠ا بالغلو؟ فقال): " أ٠ا الغلو فلا، ولكن كان ٠43 – Yaḥyā b. Abī al-Qāsim, Abū Baṣīr, al-Asadī – and it is said: Abū Muḥammad – al-Ḥadhdhā. [And ʿAlī b. al-Ḥasan b. Faḍḍāl was asked about this Abū Baṣīr, was he charged with ghulw? So he said:] As to ghulw then no, however he was mixed up. And the name of Abū al-Qāsim is Isḥāq.
