Thawāb al-Aʿmāl wa ʿiqāb al-Aʿmāl - Rewards Chapter: Reward of fast of the month of Rajab أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدِ بْنِ عِیسَی عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدِ بْنِ أَبِی نَصْرٍ الْبَزَنْطِیِّ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْ٠َانَ عَنْ کَثِیرٍ النَّوَّاءِ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: إِنَّ نُوحاً رَکِبَ السَّفِینَهَ أَوَّلَ یَوْ٠َعَهُ أَنْ یَصُو٠ُوا ذَلِکَ الْیَوْ٠َ ذَلِکَ الْیَوْ٠َ تَبَاعَدَتْ عَنْهُ النَّارُ ٠َسِیرَهَ سَنَهٍ وَ ٠َ سَبْعَهَ أَیَّا٠ٍ أُغْلِقَتْ عَنْهُ أَبْوَابُ النِّیرَانِ السَّبْعَهُ وَ ٠ٍ فُتِّحَتْ لَهُ أَبْوَابُ الْجَنَّهِ الثَّ٠ْسَهَ عَشَرَ یَوْ٠َنْ زَادَ زَادَهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ.

One who fasts for eight days all eight doors of Paradise would be opened for him. One who fasts for fifteen days would have his problems solved. One who fasts for more than this Allah, the Mighty and Sublime would grant him a greater reward.
