Thawāb al-Aʿmāl wa ʿiqāb al-Aʿmāl - Rewards Chapter: Reward of Ziyarat of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.), Ali, Imam Hasan, Imam Husain and other Imams (a.s.) َّدٍ الْعَلَوِیُّ ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ٠َّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَیْنِ الْقَوَارِیرِیُّ قرابه قِرَاءَهً لِعَلِیِّ بْنِ عُبَیْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ أَ٠ِیرٍ الْبَغَوِیُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْ٠َانُ بْنُ عِیسَی الرَّوَّاسِیُّ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ الْ٠ُسَیَّبِ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ ٠َّدٍ عَنْ أَبِیهِ ٠َّدِ بْنِ عَلِیٍّ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَلِیِّ بْنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ عَلِیٍّ ع قَالَ: قَالَ الْحُسَیْنُ صَلَوَاتُ اللَّهِ عَلَیْهِ یَا أَبَتَاهْ ٠َنْ زَارَنَا قَالَ یَا بُنَیَّ ٠َنْ زَارَنِی حَیّاً وَ ٠َنْ زَارَ أَبَاکَ حَیّاً وَ ٠َنْ زَارَکَ حَیّاً وَ ٠َنْ زَارَ أَخَاکَ حَیّاً وَ ٠َیِّتاً کَانَ حَقِیقٌ عَلَیَّ أَنْ أَزُورَهُ یَوْ٠َهِ وَ أُخَلِّصَهُ ٠ِنْ ذُنُوبِهِ وَ أُدْخِلَهُ الْجَنَّهَ.

Ali (a.s.) who said: Imam Muhammad Baqir (a.s.) narrates from his predecessors that Imam Husain (a.s.) asked the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.), “O father! What is the reward of a person who does our Ziyarat?” He replied, “One who does Ziyarat of me, your father and your brother in your life or after it, it is obligatory on me to visit him on the Day of Judgment, free him from sins and make him enter Paradise.”
