Kāmil al-Ziyārāt - Content

Chapter: The Reward for the Ziyārah of the Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) َّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ عَنْ عِدَّةٍ ٠ِنْ رِجَالِهِ عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْ٠َنِ بْنِ أَبِي نَجْرَانَ قَالَ قُلْتُ لأَبِي جَعْفَرٍ الثَّانِي (ع) جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ ٠َنْ زَارَ قَبْرَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ (ص) ٠ِّداً قَالَ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ 8.

Muḥammad ibn Ya’qūb narrated to me from a group of his narrators, from Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad ibn ‘Isā, from ‘Abdil Raḥmān ibn Abī Najrān, who said: I asked Abā Ja’far the Second (Imam Jawād (a.s.)), “May I sacrifice my life for you! What is the reward for those who go to the Ziyārah of the grave of the Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) solely for (the purpose of) Ziyārah?” Imam (a.s.) replied, “(Their reward is) Paradise.”
