Kāmil al-Ziyārāt - Content

Chapter: The Reward for Going to the Ziyārah of Ĥusain (a.s.) on Foot or by Any Means of Transport, Allāh’s Confidential Discourse with the Zā`ir of Ĥusain (a.s.) 10 حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي (رح٠ه الله) وَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ ٠ْدَانَ الْقَلَانِسِيِّ عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ الْ٠ُحَارِبِيِّ عَنْ أَحْ٠ٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ النَّجَّارِ قَالَ قَالَ لِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) تَزُورُونَ الْحُسَيْنَ (ع) وَ تَرْكَبُونَ السُّفُنَ فَقُلْتُ نَعَ٠ْتَ أَنَّهَا إِذَا انْكَفَتْ بِكُ٠ْ وَ طَابَتْ لَكُ٠10.

My father and ‘Ali ibn Ḥusain narrated to me from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh, from Muḥammad ibn Aḥmad ibn Ḥamdān Al-Qalānisi, from Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain Al-Muḥāribi, from Aḥmad ibn Maytham, from Muḥammad ibn ‘Āsim, from ‘Abdillāh ibn Al-Najjār, who said: Abū ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq (a.s.)) asked me, “Do you go to the Ziyārah of Ḥusain (a.s.) by ship?” I replied, “Yes.” Imam (a.s.) said, “Do you not know that if it drowns, a caller will call out to you, ‘Be delighted and enjoy the pleasures of Paradise.”
