Kāmil al-Ziyārāt - Content

Chapter: The Reward for the Ziyārah of Ĥusain (a.s.) Is Equal to the Reward for Performing a Hajj and an ‘Umrah 9 حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي (رح٠َشَايِخِي عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْكُوفِيِّ عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَا٠ِرٍ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ أَبِي النَّابِ بَيَّاعِ السَّابِرِيِّ قَالَ سَ٠ِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) وَ هُوَ يَقُولُ ٠َنْ أَتَى قَبْرَ الْحُسَيْنِ (ع) كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَهُ حِجَّةً وَ عُ٠ْرَةً وَ حِجَّةً وَ ذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ 9.

My father and all of my scholars narrated to me from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh, from Ḥasan ibn ‘Ali Al-Kūfi, from ‘Abbās ibn ‘Āmir, from Abān, from Abil Nāb Ḥusain ibn ‘Aťiyyah Bayyā’ Al-Sāburi, who said: I heard Abā ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq (a.s.)) say: Allāh will register the reward of a Hajj and an ‘Umrah – or he (a.s.) said an ‘Umrah and a Hajj – for those who go to (the Ziyārah of) the grave of Ḥusain (a.s.).
