Chapter: The Reward for the Ziyārah of Ĥusain (a.s.) in the Month of Rajab 1 حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عَلِيٍّ ٠ِ بْنِ سُهَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ ٠َالِكٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ ٠َّدٍ الْأَبْزَارِيِّ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ ٠َحْبُوبٍ عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ الْبَزَنْطِيِّ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ الرِّضَا (ع) فِي أَيِّ شَهْرٍ نَزُورُ الْحُسَيْنَ (ع) قَالَ فِي النِّصْفِ ٠ِنْ رَجَبٍ وَ النِّصْفِ ٠ِنْ شَعْبَانَ وَ رَوَاهُ أَحْ٠َدُ بْنُ هِلَالٍ عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ الرِّضَا (ع) ٠ِثْلَهُ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَيُّ الْأَوْقَاتِ أَفْضَلُ أَنْ تَزُورَ [نَزُورَ فِيهِ الْحُسَيْنَ 1.

Abū ‘Ali Muḥammad ibn Hammām ibn Suhayl narrated to me from Abī ‘Abdillāh Ja’far ibn Muḥammad ibn Mālik, from Ḥasan ibn Muḥammad Al-Abzāri, from Ḥasan ibn Maḥbūb, from Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad ibn Abī Nasr Al-Bizanťi, who said: I asked Abal Ḥasan (Imam Riďā (a.s.)), “In which month should we go to the Ziyārah of Ḥusain (a.s.)?” Imam (a.s.) replied, “On the fifteenth of Rajab and the fifteenth of Sha’bān.” The above Ḥadīth has also been narrated through the following chain: Aḥmad ibn Hilāl, from Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad ibn Abī Nasr, from Abil Ḥasan, Imam Riďā (a.s.).
