My father and all of my scholars narrated to me from Saâd ibn âAbdillÄh, from AbÄ« âAbdillÄh Al-JÄmÅ«rÄni Al-RÄzi, from Ḥasan ibn âAli ibn AbÄ« Ḥmazah, from AbÄ« âAli Ḥasan ibn Muḥammad ibn âAbdil KarÄ«m, from MufaÄÄÄl ibn âUmar, from JÄbir Al-Juâfi, who said: AbÅ« âAbdillÄh (Imam SÄdiq (a.s.)) said to MufaÄÄal â as part of a longer ḤadÄ«th about performing the ZiyÄrah of the grave of Ḥusain (a.s.): â¦then carry on with establishing prayers, for you shall have the reward of performing one thousand Hajj and one thousand âUmrah, freeing one thousand slaves, and fighting in the way of AllÄh one thousand times with one of AllÄhâs messengers for every Rakâah of prayer next to the grave of Ḥusain (a.s.).
