Chapter: The Place from Which the Clay of the Grave of Ĥusain (a.s.) Should be Collected and How it Should be Collected َّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ ٠َّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ رَفَعَهُ قَالَ قَالَ الْخَتْ٠ُ عَلَى طِينِ قَبْرِ الْحُسَيْنِ (ع) أَنْ يُقْرَأَ عَلَيْهِ إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ 7.

Muḥammad ibn Ya’qūb narrated to me from ‘Ali ibn Muḥammad, who narrated that: He said: In order to seal the clay of the grave of Ḥusain (a.s.) one should recite (the chapter of) Innā Anzalnāh on it.
