Which of the two is superior, the Prophet -as of the successor -as ?\u2019 He said, \u2018No, but the Prophet -as is\u2019.

\n He -asws said: \u2018Which of the two is superior, a Muslim or a Polytheist?\u2019 He said, \u2018But, a Muslim is\u2019.

He -asws said:\u2019 The ruler of Egypt was a Polytheist and Yusuf -as was a Prophet -as , and Al-Mamoun is a Muslim and I -asws am a successor -asws ; and Yusuf -as asked the ruler that he makes him -as to be in charge where He said, \u2018Make me (in charge) upon the treasures of the land, I am a knowledgeable protector [12:55] , and I -asws am being forced upon that\u2019.

\n And he -asws said regarding His -azwj Words: \u2018Make me (in charge) upon the treasures of the land, I am a knowledgeable protector [12:55] : \u2018He -as said: \u2018A controller of what is in my -as hands, knower of all languages\u2019\u2019. [12] \n \u2018From Abu Abdullah -asws , he (the narrator) said, \u2018I asked about the Words of Allah -azwj Mighty and Majestic regarding Yusuf -as : \u2018 \u2018O caravan! You are stealing!\u2019 [12:70] .

\n He -asws said: \u2018They stole Yusuf -as from his -as father -as .
