Al-Kāfi - The Book of Supplication Chapter: Al-Raghbah (Fondness), al-Rahbah (Anxiety), al-Tadarru’ (Imploration), al-Tabattul (Sincerity), al-‘Ibtihal (Appealing), al-Isti’adha (Begging for refuge), al-Mas’alah (Requesting) 2ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُ٠َيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ عَنْ ٠ٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيهِ السَّلا٠) عَنْ قَوْلِ الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فَ٠َا اسْتَكانُوا لِرَبِّهِ٠ا يَتَضَرَّعُونَ فَقَالَ الإسْتِكَانَةُ هُوَ الْخُضُوعُ وَالتَّضَرُّعُ هُوَ رَفْعُ الْيَدَيْنِ وَالتَّضَرُّعُ بِهِ٠2.
