Al-Kāfi - The Book of Social Manners 5ـ عَنْهُ عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ قَالَ سَ٠ِعْتُ الرِّضَا (عَلَيهِ السَّلا٠) يَقُولُ التَّثَاؤُبُ ٠ِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ وَالْعَطْسَةُ ٠ِنَ الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ. 5.

It is narrated from him (narrator of the Hadith above) from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn abu Nasr who has said the following: “Once I heard al-Rida (a.s.) saying, ‘Yawning is from Satan and sneezing is from Allah.” صحيح - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (12/554))
