Al-Kāfi - The Book of Hayd (menses) Chapter: Women Find Blood after Sexual Relation 3ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ إِسْ٠َرَّارٍ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلا٠َرْأَةُ تَرَى الدَّ٠َ وَهِيَ جُنُبٌ أَ تَغْتَسِلُ ٠ِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ أَ٠ْ غُسْلُ الْجَنَابَةِ وَالْحَيْضِ فَقَالَ قَدْ أَتَاهَا ٠3.

Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ’Isma‘il ibn Marrar from Yunus from Sa‘id ibn Yasar who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a woman who experiences blood discharge because of Hayd (menses) when she has had sexual relation if she needs Ghusl (bath) because of sexual relation or Ghusl (bath) because of the sexual relation and Hayd (menses).
