Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from âAmr ibn âUthman al-Khazzaz from Sabah al-Hadhdhaâ from Ishaq ibn âAmmar who has said the following: âI once asked abu al-Hassan (a.s.), about a man who is in the state of Ihram, plays with his penis and discharges semen.
He (the Imam) said, âIt is like one who, while in the state of Ihram, performs sexual intercourse with his wife; he owes badanah and al-Hajj in future.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (17/355))
