Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu â Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: âI once asked abu âAbd Allah, Alayhi al-Salam, about a man who says Talbiyah for al-Hajj or al-âUmrah but does not want to perform al-Hajj. He (the Imam) said, âIt is not valid and it is not proper for him to do so.ââ Øس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (18/244))
