3ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُ٠َّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَ٠) عَنْ رَجُلٍ لَبَّى بِحَجَّةٍ أَوْ عُ٠ْرَةٍ وَلَيْسَ يُرِيدُ الْحَجَّ قَالَ لَيْسَ بِشَيْ‏ءٍ وَلا يَنْبَغِي لَهُ أَنْ يَفْعَلَ. 3.

Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah, Alayhi al-Salam, about a man who says Talbiyah for al-Hajj or al-‘Umrah but does not want to perform al-Hajj.
