Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from al-Husayn ibn âUthman and Muhammad ibn abu Hamzah from Ishaq ibn âAmmar who has said the following: âI once asked abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), about a man who performs al-Hajj for another person and he commits during performing al-Hajj something which obliges him to perform al-Hajj again in future or owes expiation.
He (the Imam) said, âIt is complete for the first one but he owes for whatever he has committed.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (18/251))
