Abu Ali al-Ashâariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn âAbd al-Jabbar from Safwan from al-âAlaâ from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, âBoth buyer and seller, each one of them, has the choice to dismiss a deal before they depart each other; and in a deal for an animal the choice to return the merchandise remains for three days.
