16.Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Mahbub from Rifaâah who has said the following: âI once asked abu al-Hassan, Musa (a.s.), about the case of a man who shares a slave-girl with another man and says, âIf we made profit half is for you, if it is a loss then there is nothing on you.â He (the Imam) said, âI do not see anything unlawful in it if the owner of the slave-girl agrees without compulsion.ââ صØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (9/239))
