7.Ali has narrated from Salih al-Sindiy from Jaâfar ibn Bashir from al-Husayn ibn abu al-âAlaâ from abu âUmar al-Sarraj who has said the following: âAbout the case of a man with whom stolen goods were found, abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âHe is held responsible unless he presents testimony against the seller such as witnesses.ââ Ø¬ÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (9/271))
