Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Muâallaâ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Aban ibn âUthman from al- Hassan al-Sayqal who has said the following: âThis is concerning my question before abu â Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who hires a stumper to a certain place but he goes beyond such place.
He (the Imam) said, âHe must pay for the extra distance; and if the donkey is destroyed, he is held responsible.ââ Ø´ÙÙر - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (19/388))
