Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn Mahbub from abu Ayyub from abu âUbaydah who has said the following: âAbout the case of a man who marries a woman but he does not go to bed with her and she claims that her mahr (dower) is one hundred dinar while the husband says that it is fifty dinar and there is no witness, abu Jaâfar (a.s.), has said, âThe words of the husband are accepted on oath.ââ Øس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (20/119))
