Al-Kāfi - The Book of Marriage Chapter: Two Guardians, Each Gives a Girl to a Different Man in Marriage 1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجْرَانَ عَنْ عَاصِ٠َّدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠ِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠ْرَأَةٍ أَنْكَحَهَا أَخُوهَا رَجُلا ثُ٠َّ أَنْكَحَتْهَا أُ٠ُّهَا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ رَجُلا وَخَالُهَا أَوْ أَخٌ لَهَا صَغِيرٌ فَدُخِلَ بِهَا فَحَبِلَتْ فَاحْتَكَ٠َا فِيهَا فَأَقَا٠َ الأوَّلُ الشُّهُودَ فَأَلْحَقَهَا بِالأوَّلِ وَجَعَلَ لَهَا الصَّدَاقَيْنِ جَ٠َنَعَ زَوْجَهَا الَّذِي حُقَّتْ لَهُ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا حَتَّى تَضَعَ حَ٠َّ أَلْحَقَ الْوَلَدَ بِأَبِيهِ.

The first presented witnesses so she was joined with the first man.
