6.Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn Sinan from abu al-Jarud who has said the following: âI once asked abu âAbd Allah, Alayhi al-Salam, about the words of Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, âThe food of the people to whom the book was given is lawful for you and your food is lawful for them.â (5:5) He (the Imam) said, âIt is grains and vegetables.ââ Ø¶Ø¹ÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (22/61))
