ÙÙد٠عÙÙ٠اÙÙØÙسÙÙÙÙ٠بÙÙ٠سÙعÙÙد٠عÙÙ٠اÙÙÙÙضÙر٠بÙÙ٠سÙÙÙÙÙد٠عÙÙ٠اÙÙÙÙاسÙÙ ÙاÙ٠عÙÙ٠جÙرÙÙاØ٠اÙÙÙ ÙدÙائÙÙÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠أÙبÙ٠عÙبÙد٠اÙÙÙÙÙÙ ( عÙÙ٠اÙسÙا٠ÙÙ٠اÙØ´ÙÙرÙاب٠ÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙ Ù ÙÙÙع٠اÙÙÙÙÙÙÙر٠ÙÙ ÙÙبÙÙذ٠اÙدÙÙبÙÙاء٠ÙÙ ÙÙاÙÙ ÙÙاÙ٠رÙسÙÙÙ٠اÙÙÙÙÙÙ ( صÙ٠اÙÙ٠عÙÙÙ ÙØ¢ÙÙ ) Ù Ùا Ø£ÙسÙÙÙر٠ÙÙØ«ÙÙرÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ ØÙرÙا٠2.
Ahmad ibn Muhammad has narrated from al-Husayn ibn Saâid from al-Nadr ibn Suwayd from al-Qasim ibn Sulayman from Jarrah al- Madâiniy who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), prohibited all of intoxicating substances. He (the Imam) prohibited the use of containers made of curved palm tree trunks and pumpkins used as containers for fermentation of al-Nabidh.
He (the Imam) said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, âWhatever is intoxicating in large quantity it is unlawful in small quantity also.ââ جÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (22/280))
