Abu Ali al-Ashâariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn âAbd al-Jabbar and Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad all from al-Hajj al from Thaâlabah from Hafs ibn al-Aâwar who has said the following: âI once asked abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), about a large jug in which there is wine, then it dries up if vinegar can be kept in it.
