ÙÙد٠عÙÙ٠عÙبÙد٠اÙÙعÙزÙÙز٠بÙÙ٠اÙÙÙ ÙÙÙتÙدÙ٠عÙÙ٠جÙدÙÙÙ٠عÙÙÙ Ù ÙÙد٠بÙÙ٠اÙÙØÙسÙÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠سÙعÙد٠بÙÙ٠سÙعÙد٠أÙÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙاÙ٠سÙØ£ÙÙÙتÙÙÙ ÙÙعÙÙÙ٠أÙبÙا اÙÙØÙسÙÙ٠اÙرÙÙضÙا (عÙÙÙÙÙÙ٠اÙسÙÙÙا٠) عÙÙ٠رÙجÙÙÙ ÙÙاÙÙ ÙÙÙ٠ابÙÙÙ ÙÙدÙÙعÙÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙÙÙاÙÙ ÙÙØ£ÙØ®ÙرÙجÙÙÙ Ù ÙÙرÙاث٠ÙÙØ£ÙÙÙا ÙÙصÙÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ٠أÙصÙÙÙع٠ÙÙÙÙاÙÙ ÙÙعÙÙÙ٠اÙرÙÙضÙا (عÙÙÙÙÙÙ٠اÙسÙÙÙا٠ÙÙ٠اÙÙÙÙÙÙد٠بÙØ¥ÙÙÙرÙارÙÙ٠بÙاÙÙÙ ÙØ´ÙÙÙد٠Ùا ÙÙدÙÙÙعÙÙ٠اÙÙÙÙصÙÙÙ٠عÙÙÙ Ø´ÙÙÙâØ¡Ù ÙÙد٠عÙÙÙÙ 26.
Ahmad ibn Muhammad has narrated from âAbd al-âAziz ibn al-Muhtadiy [from his grandfather] from Muhammad ibn al-Hassan from Saâd ibn Saâd who has narrated the following: âI once asked him [abu al-Hassan, al-Ridaâ (a.s.) ] about the case of a man who has a son, whom he called his son then denied and removed him from the list of his heirs, and I am the executor of the will. What must I do?
He, al-Ridaâ âAlayhi al-Salam, said, âHe is considered his son because of his confession in public. The executor of the will cannot remove him from anything that he knows.ââ صØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (23/103))
