5.Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Jamil ibn Darraj from abu al-âAbbas who has narrated the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âIf a man during his illness divorces his wife she inherits him during that illness even if her âIddah (waiting period) is complete unless he recovers from that illness.â I then asked, âWhat happens if the illness prolongs?â He (the Imam) said, âIt is from that time (divorce) up to one year.ââ Øس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (3/198))
