2.Abu Ali al-Ash âariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn âAbd al-Jabbar from Safwan ibn Yahya from al-âAlaâ ibn Razin from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has narrated the following: âAbu Jaâfar (a.s.), has said, âIf a man hears a testimony but has not witnessed it, he has the choice to testify or remain silent.ââ ØµØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (4/223))
