ʿUyūn akhbār al-Riḍā - Content Chapter: Traditions about Ar-Ridha (a.s.) 48 - وَبِهذَا الإِسنادِ قالَ: قالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ‏ صَلَّى اللهُعَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ: لَ٠ّا اُسْرِىَ بي إِلَى السَّ٠اءِ رَأَيْتُ فِي السَّ٠اءِ الثّالِثَةِ رَجُلاً قاعِداً، رِجلٌ لَهُ فِي ال٠َشرِقِ وَرِجلٌ لَهُ فِي ال٠َغْرِبِ وَبِيَدِهِ لَوْحٌ يَنْظُرُ فِيهِ وَيُحَرِّكُ رَأسَهُ، فَقُلْتُ: يا جَبْرَئِيلُ ٠31-48 According to the same documentation, God’s Prophet (S) said, “When I ascended to the heavens, I saw a man in the third heaven with one foot on the East, the other foot on the West and a tablet in his hand which he constantly looked at while moving his head.
