Imam Jaâfar Sadiq (a.s.) narrates from his predecessors that Amirul Momineen (a.s.) said, âWhen one of you performs the Sajdah you must place the palms of your hands on the ground, perhaps by that you will be exempted from the chains on the Day of Qiyamat.â
