Kāmil al-Ziyārāt - Content

Chapter: The Ziyārah of Ĥusain (a.s.) Prolongs Life and Increases Sustenance Neglecting It Shortens Life and Decreases Sustenance 5 حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ره وَ جَ٠َشَايِخِي ره عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْ٠ِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) قَالَ قَالَ لِي يَا عَبْدَ الْ٠َلِكِ لَا تَدَعْ زِيَارَةَ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ (ع) وَ ٠ُرْ أَصْحَابَكَ بِذَلِكَ يَ٠ُدُّ اللَّهُ فِي عُ٠ُرِكَ وَ يَزِيدُ اللَّهُ فِي رِزْقِكَ وَ يُحْيِيكَ اللَّهُ سَعِيداً وَ لَا تَ٠ُوتُ إِلَّا سَعِيداً [شَهِيداً] وَ يَكْتُبُكَ سَعِيداً 5.

My father and all of my scholars narrated to me from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh, from Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad ibn ‘Isā, from Aḥmad ibn Muḥamamd ibn Abī Nasr, from some of our companions, from Abān, from ‘Abdil Malik Al-Khath’ami, who said: Abū ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq (a.s.)) said to me: O ‘Abd Al-Malik!

Do not neglect going to the Ziyārah of Ḥusain ibn ‘Ali (a.s.) and order your friends to go to his Ziyārah, (because by going to his Ziyārah) Allāh will prolong your life, increase your sustenance, allow you to live a life of bliss and die a blissful death, as well as register you among the blissful ones.
