Al-Kāfi - The Book of Social Manners Chapter: Safe Guarding the Trust of a Meeting ِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ وَأَحْ٠ِيعاً عَنِ ابْنِ ٠َحْبُوبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَوْفٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلا٠ِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ الْ٠1.

A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad and Ahmad ibn Muhammad all from ibn Mahbub from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan from ibn abu ‘Awf who has said the following: “I heard Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) saying, ‘Meetings are trusts (in the hands of the attendants).”’ حسن - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (12/562))
